Eating is the main way our bodies get the vital nutrients we need to remain healthy and function at an optimum level. Sadly, many of our available food products are not actually food.

At The Natural Essex Girl, we believe the very best way to feed our bodies well is to eat natural foods and wherever possible, local foods.
